super friendly and helpful manager, people working upfront super lazy and drag their feet. literally took the front lady 5 mins to give me my package i called ahead about maybe 35 mins before. asking for unnecessary stuff past already verifying my id, wasting time instead of handing me my package that was waiting for me.

Arrived on a Thursday at 4:15pm to locked doors and no one inside, but they are supposed to be open until 5pm. No sign or notice about closing early. So frustrating!

I receive random address mail all the time. I consistently receive other apartment's mail while I never receive some of my own mail that's being tracked on informed delivery. One delivery person claimed they put an entire package in our tiny mail slot, just jammed it in there when it was nowhere to be found. They came the next day and suddenly they "found it in the mailbox for us" when it was obviously not in ours the prior day. Not sure what's going on with this place but I can't imagine how much mail is being lost due to the delivery people not putting mail in the right slot or at the right address and continuing on with their day like it doesn't matter. Furthermore, there's no way to call and talk to a person at the specific office, just a useless voice bot that has no way to connect you to the local store and has no options to complain about a consistently bad experience.

My neighbor is on vacation until next month, and she put her mail on hold until then. I came home the other day, and a bundle of her mail was sitting on top of our condo mailboxes with the form she had filled out clearly stating the dates she'd be gone. Now mind you, anyone could see when she's not going to be home. This is simple negligence. I realize the US Postal Service is having struggles, but you have to find a way to do better.
