Just had an incredibly positive encounter with a Wauwatosa PO young woman desk employee while mailing my packages. She was highly professional, highly competent, and had the most positive upbeat attitude that actually made my day better. She was fantastic. The other week I had a positive experience with a long time employee and I always know he does a great job. And recently phoned in and spoke to a woman in the back who was excellent and went out of her way to look for a package and informed me about the process etc. The package was fine and delivered as expected. So all 3 of my experiences in the past month have been fantastic. I hope they continue to give competent, professional, and positive experiences. I expect they will with the 3 people I have encountered recently.

Well maintained ourlet with adequate parking. Clerks are very helpful and friendly.

It’s not fair that PTF’s are given the lazy “full time workers” leftovers. They aren’t there to work. They do half of their route, and hand off what they don’t want to do to the PTF’s. Give them a break!!! Why is it that they have to be used because the full times are lazy? That isn’t right. They have lives too. Do better!!!

Busy location but got through line quickly. Representative helping with post office box changes was friendly and efficient.

I wonder why this post office has such a low rating. Maybe because they called the police on people that are videotaping inside the post office. Were there poster seven that’s on the wall give them permission to do so. I hope all these employees get fired along with the postmaster. This is a public building. You guys need to stop your entitlement if you don’t like it find a job in the private sector. Pathetic.
