Genuinely don’t bother. I live less than a half mile from here and will always drive further, no matter how far, to another post office. Self kiosk was down (no biggie), so it says to see attendant. Well, there was no attendant up there the entire time I stood there for nearly 10 minutes. I would happily ring a bell for service… had there been any bell at all to ring for any service. Do they employ humans at all here?

I have consistently had negative experiences at this post office location. On every visit, the environment has been unprofessional and poorly managed. Staff members have used profanity in front of customers, displayed dismissive attitudes, and allowed unnecessary delays without explanation. What is most concerning is that this behavior does not appear limited to front-line staff; individuals in white shirts, who appear to be in supervisory or management roles, demonstrate the same lack of professionalism and accountability. I have never patronized this location and had a positive experience. Each visit is unnecessarily stressful and reflects poorly on the standards one expects from a federal service. I do not understand how this location continues to operate at this level without corrective action. ⸻ Sad

I see a lot of comments on here about the employees being rude and after waiting in line and listening to how clueless people can be, I’d probably be rude too! The woman at the desk was very straightforward and direct on what people needed to do. Before going to the post office, 1. Do your research and have a plan on what you need and 2. don’t expect them to know your life’s story.

I have never been lectured so condescendingly and apathetically about taping a package before. Nor have I ever heard a front-end worker ever be confused by the phrase "return to sender" before. How does that guy keep his job here, talking to people like that?

This place is a hot mess! Only one person work in front of the house with no sense of customer service! I just asked a simple question and she just act like she’s very damn to understand me. Not the location it’s all about the employees that you guys hired! 01/15/2026 @12:26PM whoever this employee, send her to a training program on how to learn basic customer service.
