I had such a racist experience at this US Postal location. “The manager” as she referred her self, kicked my mom and I off the location and refused to assist us. My mom bought a money order couple of months ago at this location, and this lady asked her if she knew English because she didn’t understand what my mom was saying. My mom kind of blew it off got the money order and left. A week ago (Nov, 8) we needed some help with a money inquiry, and as soon as we step in, she look at us up and down, rudely asked us to wait right where the sign says “wait in line or to be called”, we stood right where she demanded, and as soon as we approached to the desk, she didn’t let us talk, but abruptly instead, asked if we were US postal service members or had an account otherwise she was not gonna assist us. When I realized her attitude, I asked what her name was because she didn’t even had a batch or anything with her name, she told me “you don’t need to know my name”. I asked her politely again for her name but she refused to answer (because she knew I was going to report her). As I was trying to figure things out, she over heard my mom telling me in Spanish how disrespectful she was, so right away asked if we spoke English when I literally was speaking in English to her, then she asked us to walk away because of what my mom whispered in Spanish. I have never felt so disrespected and denigrated before. I froze by her attitude and poor customer service. And since she couldn’t put a name to herself I took a picture of her and walked away.

I don't even know why these 2 are still working here. Management sucks and simply rude. How yall open at 8am, have a full line waiting outside and no one has came to open the door and here it is 9am??? People do have jobs to get to and that they care about unless this post office. SMH new staff!! Yall really need an attitude adjustment

I don’t understand how anyone could say this place is anything other than 1 star, this is the worst usps I’ve ever been to. It wa empty and the shrew behind the counter insisted that I move to where the line starts before she would speak to me. I had 4 heavy boxes and said one needed tape and could I buy some, there were rolls at the counter . She pointed to the back of the room and said to get it from “over there”, when I moved to grab one she said to move all my boxes in case someone came in. No one could have come in by the time it took me to walk 10ft, yet I had to move them. The. Tape the one box and move the. All back. While I was putting the on the counter, a man walked in and skipped “the line” and walked to the counter and she helped him. Then I was told that I needed to use a priority express box not a priority box but she didn’t have one, which they absolutely did, i could see the blue boxes. Then when I tried to pay for the tape, I offered a $20 and she said “ o. I just opened” it’s 9:35 am, she did not just open. What a joke. This is why peoe hate the post office. When I had great service I called and waited on hold to speak to a manager to praise a woman who really helped me out, today 8 will wait as long as I need to to issue a complaint. USPS figure out the woman at this office on this date and reprimand her, UPS may be more but I’ll gladly use the. To avoid this type of b.s.
