I've utilized this location a few times. It is a smaller post office. Sometimes the workers are in the back. They do make their way up front. Everytime the clerks were very helpful. The location is easy to get to from the highway and typically not as busy. When ever I am in the area I plan on utilizing this location. Thank you to this location and workers for their prompt customer service it is very much appreciated. Please give this review a thumbs up.

careful with this place and check your receipts after payment. they input the price pretty quickly and verbally told me it was x amount. I didn't get w chance to see it on the screen before putting in my card. I happened to look at my receipt after payment and realized that I was overcharged by over 500%!! the cos the whole thing felt very off. I hope it was a genuine mistake but I honestly doubt it. I came back and had to ring the doorbell a bunch of times before someone can to rectify things. bizarre. make sure you diligently check your receipts after payment!!

Not open, waited and waited along with others and they never opened the door.

When I called the people was polite however my concern was not resolved. Mail was supposed to be delivered to my home and there was construction that day so mail was not delivered. I expected it to come the next day however it did not. I called 4 days later they said the mail could not be found and to call the sender however I saw on the app that it was supposed to be delivered but now it cannot be found. I don't feel they took the call seriously and now I have to wait to see if it shows up before I can have the piece of mail resent from the sender.

I'm upset by how unprofessional the workers are here. They talk to you any kind of way over the phone , when you ask for a manager they tell you "I'm the manager." or "The manager won't be in for another 2 hours." This is what our tax dollars have came too ladies and gentleman. My package has been held hostage since LAST WEEK. They refuse to deliver it to my door like they are supposed too . I keep getting the peach "SORRY WE MISSED YOU!" sticker. Something really needs to be done about this location. They don't even DESERVE 1 star , it wouldn't let me post unless I put one.
