First time at this location on 12/16/2025 at 1:55pm. I was trying to purchase seven stamps. I asked the service employee if I could use two methods of payment to pay for my purchase. She told me if I was to use two different payments, one had to be card and the other cash. I was attempting to use two cards like I have done at other locations. But the employee with locs refused to help with my way of getting my service.

Never answer the phone and now mail isn’t delivered regularly. I mailed myself something 2wks ago and haven’t got it. What’s going on?

Went there in the snow just to be turned around, some lady with red braids who claimed she was the supervisor. She was unable to ship off my things because she did not have a clerk. When I asked what I meant, she laughed in my face . As a supervisor I am confused on why you would not know how to ship off items. Also why would you be open if you can’t service anyone. Super unprofessional.

I had to sign up and get Informed Delivery on the USPS website so I can know what mail or packages I am supposed to receive cause I'm constantly not getting my mail and or packages. This is bogus that I have to hunt down my mailman on a regular basis and even then still have issues. No notification of packages that were supposed to be delivered all because I live in an apartment building and he doesn't want to walk up the steps. But yet can't even leave the notice slip saying I have a package and said he couldn't leave it due to no secure location even though I live in a locked building and he seems to want to pick and choose when or what packages he's going to deliver or should I just say leave on the floor under the mailboxes. And since when did they make it okay for the mailmen/women to not actually walk up to the door, no matter if it's a house or a 3flight apartment building, & knock to deliver the packages and then if no answer at the door to either leave package/packages or even the notice at the door? That's how it use to be so when did it change?
