The people who work here now are genuinely nuts. The young woman at the desk was really rude, then, she claimed I stole tape — there was a tape dispenser open on the desk— and then used my address to send me a rude message in the mail. I support the post office, but, this woman is a jerk and genuinely misusing the mail to harass people.

The Postal Customer Service Clerks are very rude. They act like customers are an imposition on their time. I was at the counter....I waited to be called. The woman was talking on a headset to someone else the entire time she "helping" me. The clerk next to her closed her window proceeded to talk to the woman helping me. Complaining about her job, customers, etc. I have lived in Bay View since 1990 and occasionally go inside. The quality of customer service has sunk to a new low. It seems that no one in management reads these reviews.

I would go to the Oklahoma location because its really close to me but its been 3 times in a month we keep having stuff broken or just missing.. only happens in this location.. only really cared last time that one of the workers seemed bothered by me bringing in multiply packages..I find myself driving past Oklahoma now to go all the way to latyon.

This post office has serious issues with keeping track of packages and delivering them to the right addresses. After having one package get lost that I shipped out, and another package that I ordered saying it was delivered and I did not get the package, I went into the post office and spoke to the supervisor that was on duty at 3:00, on Monday December 1st 2025. She was of no assistance to me, she was rude, and somehow found my situation funny. After not helping me whatsoever, when I went to walk out her and the other girl that was at the desk started to giggle about my situation. That is so unprofessional, if she does not like her job, maybe she needs to find a different career path! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS

Clerk was rude and unhelpful, like everyone was annoying her. Didn't get my package or help to try to work out the problem because I was sent to the post office from the USPS phone customer service because there was possible mistake with the shipping price and the mailcarrier refused to deliver( Supposedly,I owed $75 in shipping for a 4lb package,which was super crazy). Didn't get my package even though it was there at the post office in front of me and I already paid seller for the shipping. Supervisor-manager was very nice, even though I left with nothing. 1 Star for the manager and and 1 Star for phone customer service.
