Updates: So at 115PM, I met with the postman while he was delivering mail. I asked him about policy of mail hold. He showed me the copy of my Mail Hold Request and told me "all" of my mails were at the post office as it's supposed to be at since it's specifically stated that" I will pick up my accumulated mail". So l am guessing the staff did not tried enough like the previous time she didn't find my mails again. ***This review is for the staff that seems cannot find my mails every time I have my mails on hold when she's the one helping me*** Original/First Post What's the point of requesting a mail hold and specifically adding a note to " I will pick up accumulated mail" if mails are not available for pick up? Waste of time and gas…. I was told by the staff; it's better to stop by at the post office to request instead of doing it online which doesn't make sense. They should just get rid of online request for this specific Post Office since they cannot follow delivery option requests. This is the second time I had issue and it's the same staff. Maybe is just a coincidence. The other three instances, with different staff, NO ISSUES!

I’ve been living at my property for over a year now. I noticed I stoped receiving my mail. I contacted my local postal service only for them to tell me the returned All OF MY MAIl! Honestly, I’m so annoyed on how lightly this was handled. All they could do was offer an apology.

Awful facility with zero ability to handle phone calls. 20 calls starting from 0930 sharp up until 1600 with no answer. No messages, nothing. If you need to update anything or locate a missing package, don't even bother using the phone. No one knows where it is in Encanto USPS.

This postal service is awful😠😡on 12/20/2022 @ 2:00PM. I came here to complaint about the postcarrier in my route, delivered a tampered opened, empty envelope, that was dropped in my mailbox. I was told by him(route postman) to Come to this postal office(92114), & show them what's was dropped off into my mailbox. the postal-carrier whom was still in my route, delivering the rest of the mail to all the residents. I drove, arrived at the postal station [92114] talked to the clerk, & she told me that the manager was on a christmas-party meeting. Come back later, or wait for her until she gets back from the Christmas gatherings. So I did. Nothing. I told the front clerk, is she here yet? Nope, she not in. but there's someone else whom can talk to you. Okay. So she send out this young assistant manager. I explained to him what happened, & showed him the envelope, that it is cruel for a postman to delivered this torn, opened, tampered, stolen, empty inside envelope.That was put into my mailbox. He looked at it, & said that it has been opened & tampered, torn. I can give you a number to called & report it to the USA postal inspector. So I did, no-one help! No one picked up the phone. I gave all information & no-one didn't returned my called! 😡What a waste of time. I just can't believe who would opened up a envelope with pictures of my deceased mother inside a caskets, which I couldn't attend to the funeral services, & a gift attach as a Christmas gift. How rude & disgusting & disrespectful is that. Since the holiday seasons are here. These postal workers don't care! They opened any letters or packages 📦 & they say is missing, & can't do anything about it.😠 Since nothing is being solved. Since I the prices are skyrocketing on stamps & delivery packages. Still they are opening customer's mail & packaging & blame it on the machines. This place is totally horrible. Bad services !👎
