Alex Sanchez 5 years agoCalled in regards of a package that was lost and was not recieved by my recruit. The lady who answered was so rude and unhelpful. She asked me to wait for a moment and she left me on hold for too long. I hung up once it hit 20 minutes. I can't believe people like this are employed in government agencies. This is a disgrace.

John Wallace 5 years agoI used to receive mail aboard ship on other side of world at sea 40 years ago without technology of today and you can't forward a letter from there to Pendelton ? Pathetic.
