Don’t agree with the other reviews. The gentleman working was very helpful. He actually saved me money shipping with his advice. The place is small but there is a lot of street parking. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Felt safe in the parking area.

The location is small. The mailing printer was out of service. Only one employee working the counter and the line was long.

The fillipino male employee was very rude to me. I set my package down on the counter, and it was within his reach. He silently held out his hands for me to pick it up and give it to him, while staring at me blankly. I simply moved the package closer to him. Very unprofessional and passive aggressive behavior.. The line was very long and it seems it's not often that more than 1 employee runs the front desk at one time during their busiest times.. Likewise, I came here again recently - just yesterday around 12:30. They had a sign up saying they'd be closed for 1 hour but they annotated they would return at 2 pm..
