4pm to 5pm walk-in is so untrue. Me & my family got there 3:47pm to get a passport for my infant . there is 2 single and 1 family ahead of us in the line. We waited for 3:37pm to 4:47pm in line but after she took the family in which I assume took 3 passports for their minors . She told us no more walk-ins. She saw how many people there are in line even before 4pm and after that. Why not at least have the decency and humility to tell everyone you're not taking people anymore as soon as you saw the line. Why wait for an hour and waste everybody's time. Ridiculous and so unacceptable ! 👎👎👎 She didn't even tell everyone , she only told us and closed the door. Like hello? We're gonna announce for you ha. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!

Scheduled online and arrived about 10min before our morning appointment. The door opened right at 8:30am and the passport person helped process the passport paperwork (DS-11). It was smooth. We got the new passport within 4 weeks.

I had a good experience here. A nice gal, possibley the manager, let me drop off a bunch boxes of USPS envelopes that I did not need. She was prompt, attentive and helpful.

I would give zero if possible. Every time I come here there are tons of people waiting because there is never anyone on site. I’ve been forced tog eat my nail here for over a decade. The hours don’t reflect when anyone’s actually going to be there. I come on Saturdays and the house are 1030-2 and there are still no postal workers to grab mail. This location is the prime example of why we should privatize mail delivery and stop wasting tax dollars.

Recently, we came here for my son’s passport application. We arrived about 20 minutes before our appointment, and the lady working there was already present. She was extremely helpful. I had never done a money order before, and she guided me through it with great kindness. She was very polite, professional, and made the whole process smooth. She even took us in before our scheduled appointment, and we were done and out of there before our actual appointment time. The service was very fast, and we were truly satisfied. Once again, many thanks to everyone working there!
