While trying to mail a large Christmas gift on Saturday, I arrived at 1159 and was turned away. Understand that it was close to closing time, but they were still helping customers. I guess they have to draw a line somewhere, but I’m surprised by the blatant lack of holiday spirit clearly evident at the site. It appears the holiday cheer is limited to the seasonal stamps they sell.

0/10. My packages was missing/stolen. I came in to retrieve my package, they told me they don’t accept “military packages” anymore. What is a military package? No such thing. Yes I am military personnel but my package had nothing to do with military. I asked who received my package they told me a woman named Rene. Supposedly she had signed off on the package and left work. I then asked where is it, and can they go get it. They said “it’s not here”🤔🤔. It was an IPhone 16 Pro very expensive and somehow it wasn’t there? Although I had proof of receipt & where it was dropped off to. Something is not right & I will file a report to start an investigation with the worker Rene & the other staff lady who was at the front desk 01/14/2025 at 12pm.

Luis is a great supervisor and everyone else there is very helpful too. Great USPS location, if they have any problems its the customers and their complex demands.

I just want to thank George at Coronado Post office for answering my plea for help. I'd left my drivers licence inside when counter help was tracking my package. I forgot to retrieve it and left. After arriving home, I realized I'd left it. The post office was already closed for the weekend, but when I went around the back and called for help, George came out. I told him what had happened and he went back in to find it and brought it out to me. Thank you George!! 💖💖

Sara is absolutely amazing! Went in to ask for advice on the best way to mail a package… she was incredible. The next time I was in, she helped me out and everything was perfect!! I am so glad I met her, she is so nice!! Especially since there has been an employee for a long time that is very rude… but, thankfully they have Sara
