Honestly, the main supervisor of the JU post office, the lady with the grey hair, is so unnecessarily rude. It has been an on going issue. It doesn’t matter how kind you try to be, she always has some comment, and never appears to want to work. We are just a bunch of students here with needs. Please be nicer. Otherwise, it is completely fine. The student workers are kind and respectful.

My mail man always goes past my house. then once or twice a week ill have tons of mail??!! What is he doing? Why hold my mail and deliver everyone else's? Is it because we are the only white family in the neighborhood? Or because we moved our mailbox to the street because he was "afraid" to put mail in the box at the door because my dogs "can go through doors and windows"? Or because we repeatedly asked to stop giving us other people's mail? Whatever it is i want my mail daily. As it should be delivered. Ill go out while he is still walking sees me check it still says nothing. Mail man for justina rd neighborhood needs a talking to.
