USPS is beyond embarrassing. The driver mixed my mailbox with somebody else in the complex. They put my packages in my neighbor box, and they put my neighbors in mine. I was a good person and returned the lost package to my neighbor, but as far as my packages they were lost. Even the USPS driver acknowledged the mistake, and encouraged me to file a claim. Guess what, the claim was denied 2 times.

This is not a full service USPS facility. For some reason I was notified to pick up and sign for mail that was directed there due to inability to deliver to my home address.

It's is without a doubt the worst experience I've had since moving to this zip code with USPS. I moved here in March of 2024, and have had issues with this annex ever since. I was awaiting important mail from an employer. The employer HR resource took the time to reach out to me today, 5/9/25 and advise that my mail had been returned to them stating "no such street". I've received mail within the last month, but when it comes to the important documents, it's nearly impossible for this facility and its mail carrier(s) to deliver said mail. I have little to no faith in this facility and I'm concerned I will not receive mail items moving forward. I feel as though it has been a complete run around of excuses with no ownership of scenarios, just the facility stating "it's at the discretion of the mail carrier". Why are the carriers not held responsible when you have a customer coming to your physical location complaining about mail not being delivered? It's upsetting.

This is not a full service facility. No reason to even have it as a USPS facility.

This is the worst post office. I have been living in area for 20 years and we do not have a steady person on route. My mail is always placed in my neighbors box, who no longer lives in home. I have to wait a month before anyone checks her box to get my mail. I wish mail carriers would stay off the cellphone phones and pay attention to addresses.
