Ms. Donna is the nicest most helpful post office employee person I’ve ever dealt with. I purposefully only go to this one now because of her!! Wish more of the people were nice like her!! The workers at the big one off of Kings road are always so rude and nasty!! I gladly drive further for better customer service and people.

It's crazy because I've had the same package sent to me 3 different times and the postal service says that it's delivered but it's not and then when I call to figure out what is up, I can't even talk to a human. I'm curious to where my packages have been going because 3 times and i get notifications from the postal service and the website I ordered it from saying delivered but it never has been. I won't give up that easily. I will figure this out because it truly enrages me that SOMEONE is trying to pull a okie doke on me. Someone has it.

Antonio Paradis 6705 N.Main st. I ordered the windshield control button from Ebay and the postal carrier refused to deliver it because i wasn't home.I am a truck driver and i go to Tampa everyday. There are Postal Lockers below our mail boxes. The Postal carrier was supposed to put my package inside a Postal locker and leave the key inside my mailbox but he or she refused to deliver my package because i wasn't home.You be tha judge of that.

This s great little neighborhood post office. Donna is so sweet and kind and always tries to save her customers money. It's been a pleasant experience everytime I go in and I have seen Donna deal with some very unkind people. She's polite and courteous no matter how ugly the other person acted. She is a great example of how to act kindly in the face of rudeness. Well done Donna. Keep going. Springfield needs you!

This office does not have hours to get your mail from your box. I go in the morning before going to work its locked. Try going on the weekend...its locked. You literally have to go during the time the inside is open 10:00am-4:30pm. Which are the times most people/I am working. When I do catch it open I have mail from 1-3 months. Why is it so hard to get my mail?
