I was watching the revisit of a First Amendment Audit on YouTube today 4-17-2026, by J Town Press, 25 minutes ago. J Town had Liberty Troll with her for the audit. See photos below ⬇️. This revisit went overall ok but the first visit was wild. The gentleman who shoved JTown out the door and hurt her arm was not there on the revisit. Maybe he no longer works there? He shouldn’t. It’s on video for all the world 🌎 to see. The internet 🛜 is forever. On the previous visit a man named Winston Jackson was very animated. The ladies working the counter on the revisit appeared to be uncomfortable but if these ladies don’t want to be recorded in public they should find employment in the private sector. Do better public servants!!

I am so impressed with the way I was treated and they handled my situation by explaining to me how mail is sent received and where and why. Due to miscommunication and misunderstanding on my part as well has others I was not receiving my mail. Thank to the kind educational information I was given and a Hero (USMC) I was able to solve my frustrations in not knowing and have the peace of mind to know I will now be able to receive my mail and where it is I'll be delivered. Thank you so very much for your time and patience.

I just left USPS , the lady working behind the counter today at 5:47pm on 2.26.26 was PHENOMENAL. She had a beautiful spirit and smile. I was in and out. I've never got good service from this location but today SHE WAS OUTSTANDING!! She should be a model to USPS customer service. Thank you!!

NOTE: This review is not a reflection of the delivery of mail, but of the location and the associates within. Great place. Great hours. Iffy location. Traffic here can be a beast. The associates here are always very pleasant. Only drawback is the lines can be REALLY long at times. Other times, it's not so bad. Overall, a pretty good experience here and convenient a post office is really needed.

Yes, this is the main branch of the post office in downtown Jacksonville. Very large. Very spacious and actually not as backed up as most other post offices like Dunn avenue, lake Forest area and stuff like those. I actually don't mind driving the extra mileage for the experience. Thank you, downtown postal service
