I would like to recognize Mrs. Primo at USPS Postal Services for her outstanding customer service. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted professionally and acknowledged for the short wait, even though it was only about 1–2 minutes. Her kindness, professionalism, and positive attitude made the experience pleasant and welcoming. Excellent customer service like this truly deserves recognition. Thank you, Mrs. Primo, for your dedication and professionalism!

If i could leave no stars i would. The employees have no idea whatbthe laws and regulations are and will argue with you about it. The supervisor clearly needs to do a better job making sure the employees actually know what theyre doing. Save yourself time and go to a different location.

I was sent a letter back in December 2025. This post office got it on 12/29/25, but did not deliver it . I finally called to find out why it is not delivered to me. The note on the tracking number was saying that they could not access the address. but instead they sent it back to the sender the next day. The letter never got back to the sender. Instead it returned to the same post office on 2/24/26 and has been sitting there since. They didn't let me know where my letter is, no notification, no text, email, or call. I've registered for all of those notification methods. I filed complaints, but still no resolution.....

Wish I could give this place no stars-- just close this location and get it over with. Doesn't open on time, has only 1 person working the counter-- REGARDLESS of how many people they're are in line. The guy was nice, but was like watching a slow- motion replay of a PO worker. The place is run- down, shows NO signs of leadership, and had a complete disheveled for the customer's time.

Large Packages do not get delivered. I guess common sense is not so common. Why are they trying to deliver big packages or boxes to the small boxes that are in the apartment facilities? Yes, I know they are the big ones available BUT taking it back because it was full?? They did not even try to contact me at ALL while the were around on the neighborhood. This side of town SUCKS when it comes down to the USPS delivery service, it is like they do not even care at all to do their job right.
