I visited this USPS location around( 2/17/26 )1:30pm- 2:15pm to purchase two money orders. The first cashier I encountered seemed very unwilling to assist and had a dismissive attitude. When I told her what I needed, she asked “what?” in a sharp tone, as if she hadn’t heard me, and didn’t make any effort to respond politely. From the start, she made me feel like I was being a burden and was not treated with basic courtesy or respect. Later, when I spoke with another employee to politely share my concerns, the same cashier interrupted the conversation and told me to “calm down,” speaking as if I weren’t there. This was dismissive and made me feel even more uncomfortable. The other staff were helpful, but because of this interaction, I chose not to purchase additional items. Customers deserve professionalism and basic courtesy — I hope management addresses this so future customers do not have a similar experience. I usually don’t leave negative reviews and I don’t like going out of my way to report someone, since I also work in customer service and understand that customers aren’t always easy. That said, this behavior was completely unprofessional and not called for. After seeing other reviews online, it seems I’m not the only one who’s experienced poor customer service at this location. Many people have shared similar frustrations, and it’s clear that management needs to address this consistently.

The staff here has been super helpful every single time I've come. They were patient and taught me how to correctly fill out the US Customs forms for military care packages. They are very knowledgable in what they do :). I can't remember the name of the lady who helped me today, I think it was something like Tegila/Teaira. Really appreciative of the staff overall.

They lose my package everytime. I'm just start using UPS or FedEx... My package was supposed to arrive Saturday the 6th, but it never did. It was scanned twice on the 5th and hasn't moved since. It's a shame my package was stolen from a Post Office I've used all my life.

Absolutely rude people. Went in for passport walking even well before 30 mins and waiting. Last at the counter sent back saying I can’t take more than 5 people which was not mentioned anywhere. She is done with 5 people by 330 . I was waiting from 230. Still 30 mins left for walkins slot. But she just want to sit idle but don’t take me. Everything was ready from my side. Just have to verify pic and staple and ship. VERY RUDE PEOPLE on passport counter. MANAGEMENT PLEASE ADRESS THIS ASAP.

So glad this post office is the closest to my house—I also have a PO Box here, which makes everything even more convenient. The staff is always kind, welcoming, and professional. Lines can get long at times, but they handle everything efficiently and always with a smile. It genuinely feels like family every time I come in. I’m always greeted warmly and leave with a positive experience.
