I don’t know what her name is, but I was looking for My envelope in my car she came out to the door and started banging on my window and banging on my windshield. She’s took pictures of my car because I was at a stall On the phone with my mother, I asked her to wait a second instead she banged on my windows so I went inside when I was done with the phone call and she was closed one hour

It has been a while since I’ve experienced good customer service at this location. I am not sure where Rahsiyma came from but she is DEFINITELY a keeper!!!!! Professional, polite, patient and all with a smile!!!! And it didn’t take her all day to complete my transactions. She should train some of the others on what quality customer service looks like!!!!! THANK YOU RAHSIYMA!

I went today for the first time and all I can say is, that the Post office should do better. This was one of the worst customer service ever. Very rude and disrespectful clercks. They should fire people that don't want to do the basic job description.

Mail carrier issue. Doesn’t take mail and leave mail in mail box regularly. I have tried several times to explain how the mailbox works. Mailbox has been at this house for 20 plus years, only started having issues in the last year. Maybe the carrier needs more training to deliver mail!

Employees always change, attitudes and service still worst in Jacksonville , I am owner of 5 stores , and owner of TV studios , its time we cut commercials for this location, and film , Poster #7 Allows us to film them by Federal Laws, maybe include the attitudes towards customers to be understood, bottom line they cry for higher wages while working as slow as possible to upset people. Then handled the shipments hazardous while knocking over other people's packages unto the floor , then daring us to leave a negative feedback. We did!
