For some reason , the main lady behind the counter been giving me an attitude to the point I had to snap on her this morning . Too much in my business because I make my own boxes for Depop to ensure my products don’t fall out . She looking all upside the box with her face all scrunched up saying “ You got an QR code or something ?!”😒🤨

I mean, the post office always has issues, no matter which branch you go to. But this one is WAY better than the Beach Blvd one. Less lines, staff who have a brain from what I have experienced so far, and better customer service. I don’t dread going to the post office anymore, so I thank this branch for that.

Duel took the time to ensure my package was properly secured and even gave me helpful tips to avoid any shipping issues. Worst post office ever. Can’t even get my mail. I told them to put my mail on hold instead they put it in a cluster mailbox that I don’t have key for that I paid for it’s gonna take forever to get the key to my cluster box my mail most likely will not be there. These people do not listen. Now probably all my mail is lost. Thanks a lot.

Avoid coming here at all cost. We are renting a new house and had to get mail keys switched over. They said it would take up to 2 weeks max. We are now going on 3 weeks and they still have no date for when we will receive the keys. But the biggest issue is the lady who works there. She is incredibly unprofessional. our mail is being held until our keys are ready - i was able to pick up my mail a week ago with no issues. Today, I go to pick up my mail and she can't find it, is incredibly rude about it and basically calls me incompetent and to fill out a new mail holding sheet. The employee next to her took it into his own hands to search for my mail, and came back not even a minute later with it. Did she even try to look for it? And she definitely gets a kick out of being rude to people. This location needs to be investigated.
