Lorraine Hendley 3 weeks agoIf I could give 0 stars with a review I would. Firstly I'd like to add that I'm autistic. Life is hard enough as it is out here especially for anyone. Understaffed is no excuse to treat people like theyre not another human being. It cost nothing to be kind. I waited in line for over 30 minutes. Then when asked for what I needed, I had to ask for clarification on something, because sometimes things just need an extra clarification for me to understand. It's as simple as just saying yes correct, but instead of just answering yes or no I got asked a question in not a nice way, to insinuate that I asked a dumb question, and me being autistic didn't pick up on that right away, but then she just stood there staring at me making me feel completely stupid for asking, via body language, facial expression and just stood there with her lips pressed. Needless to say, it made me burst into tears and I left crying my eyes out because I was completely mortified by how I was treated. It literally cost nothing to be nice. And I couldn't chose another location because my residence is set up with them. Worst experience I've ever had at a post office. I can be patient in waiting. But that is no way to treat a customer. And when I tried to say something about it I was dismissed. What has the world come to that we can't just treat people nicely.
April McCormick a month agoIf we could give negative stars….. WE WOULD. This is hands down 1000% the worst ran post office we have ever had to deal with. September of 2025 we move to this location trying to get the key to our mailbox. It is now May 2026 and we have been given every excuse under the sun of why we have yet to be given a key. Mind you we filled the paperwork out they required us to fill out 3 different times in person and every single time they say they lost it or it was never submitted or there is no trace of us in there system. We are so fed up with this place. NOT TO MENTION another issue. We have had multiple packages not be delivered stating the parcel is being held at the post office per customer request. FALSE. We have never requested to pick up packages at the post office when they can be delivered to the front door no problem. We thought maybe because it was early hours they didn’t want to knock. So I checked cameras. NOBODY EVER ATTEMPTED to deliver the package. We feel helpless and feel like this is just going to be something we will have to continue fighting for to get our mail. If you can at any means avoid this place like the plaque.
Tawana “Ms. T.” Sneed a month agoThis is the most horrible usps ever! I really don't want to give them a single star, but you have to rate at least a one, but it's a 0 to the tenth power for me They've been not delivering my mail properly for months, yet delivering God knows who mail to me. I went to the old address out of curiosity this past Sunday to find tons of mail that should've been forwarded. Today, I've called and was literally screamed at from the supervisor, talked to so rudely and hung up on. She claims another mail carrier is delivering it incorrectly and not the usual delivery person. What' does that has to do with me? APPARENTLLY YOUR ESTABLISHMENT NEEDS TO GET ON THE SAME PAGE! This was even after she verified I completed what I should have correctly. You're the federal government for goodness sake! Do your jobs!
Adriane Terry a month agoThis location is the worst! My normal location was closed for a few days and this was the next closest office to me. I run a small business and ship out every other day. The first time I had to go in here there were four customers in front of me and two clerks. For some reason no one had any sense of urgency on this day. The old man clerk wanted to chit chat and talk with two customers in front of me and the clerk that was helping the other guy just walked off after she was done with him like I wasn't even standing there. Mind you all I needed was a damn scan and drop off. So the old man clerk is still chatting so I walked up like "excuse me, can I just drop this off!" And threw it at him and left. Second time line to the door two clerks. One disappeared for 20 minutes and moved extra slow when he finally did decide to want to do his job and the lady was moving like that sloth in Zootopia. Smh. I know I stood in line for over 30 minutes. I hope they shut down or fire and re hire because most of the people they have employed now are slow in both ways.
Zackariah Rheinstein 4 months agoI just wanted to let anyone know who is thinking of coming here that although yes the wait is long, it's only because they are understaffed. The main guy here who works evenings is fast, helpful and is friendly enough to make it worth the wait. He understands it sucks to have to wait but he does everything he can to make it better. If people have had bad experiences here I empathize but just know there are good people working here doing the best they can with the few staff they have.
