The young man with the dreads isn’t helpful at all. He was giving me all sorts of excuses why my overnight letter wouldn’t arrive in time from Jacksonville. I had the wrong envelope but still he was very negative just give ppl what they want. Also the lady assisted me and said it would guarantee but it’s not been delivered today I went back to get a refund he of course was so glad to say no again he said without it being delivered he couldn’t process a refund I think so many people who are narcissists apply to jobs where they can make others feel a way or just to tell them no some miserable people love living miserable and will stop at nothing to make sure you are miserable too that’s my opinion I don’t think I’d go back I can do the refund online myself don’t recommend this location

A lazy individualistic employee refused to send my package. Just left this branch. Needed to send something to Canada and African American with straight black wig (i think her name started with a T) im not sure. Working the shift on May 1st in the afternoon towards closing time. This cashier refused to do it because “they were closed” mind you I was already inside the branch and had dropped other packages and I finished filling out the custom form before the cashier was done with the line of people left to help. She then ignored me and was rude with her sarcastic comments saying “what part of I cannot do it you can’t understand” well the part that she just didn’t wanna do it cuz she was lazy. Typing 4 pieces in the system apparently is too hard. Please have this escalated to a supervisor. A person who is not predisposed to help customers should not be working retail.

I came to report I needed a new mailbox key several days before Christmas. I called several weeks later and nobody knew anything about it. They send an email to me saying to call this number directly and nobody has followed up and that was at the beginning of the month! The last person here lost the mailbox key! Why am I being punished for something that isn’t my fault? I need my damn mail and need you all to do your damn job right.

Several times my packages say delivered at my complex, but they are never delivered. I find out they were put into someone else’s box or not delivered in the first place. I’m tired of having to put in missing claims. Twice this month so far! They always mysteriously say delivered right before 5pm….. I understand you are trying to meet daily quotas but you cause us customers so much confusion. I mean seriously it’s getting to a point where I will no longer do business with a company if I find out they are shipping with USPS.

I have been dealing with stupid carriers that cannot put my mail in the correct box for five years. I spoke with Edward Vinson about it and they a were still not getting it right. I cussed out the carrier and got racial with her and now you stopped delivering my mail. There's was no violence and no property damage so therefore I was within the law. There are no vicious animals, it's a safe neighborhood and the mailbox is easily accessible,,,, those are the only reasons you can stop delivering my mail . Post office'sand their employees are not exempt from being prosecuted . This is a federal crime you are committing,, I'm getting legal representation!
