I had a great experience at this USPS location. Everyone we interacted with was kind and professional, and Kia especially stood out for going above and beyond to help us understand our situation further and help us get through it. Her patience and kindness made a stressful moment so much easier, and we truly appreciated it. Thank you to Kia and the rest of the team for such positive service.

I found two priority mail envelopes in my box that had been incorrectly placed in my box. The letters clearly said McMillan St and they were placed in my box on College Cir E..The postal employees need to be more aware of the addresses on the envelopes. Someone paid extra for priority delivery and they set in my for 4 days.

Run, away you send express way and the package i send still in Jacksonville 2 days later , and they refused to give the money back, is ridiculous the way this is working, and my package still missing anyone knows where is my package

I want to say living where this post office is my main office was God awful BUT a 3 month issue where no one here wanted to give me my mail and failed to properly change my address despite me visiting in person (long story) , a wonderful employee named Val actually helped me and was kind and attentive. I cannot say this about any others who work at this district. I hope Val gets all her flowers. 5 stars for her, 1 star for others.

I have never been so disappointed and upset with a company like I am with my local post office and the front counter employee Deb! Because of her lack of communication and just plain rudeness, my requested, very important held mail was not given to me and now lost in the system somewhere.. I couldn't get the Money on time that was needed for my rent now I'm forced to go to a shelter. My foodstamp card has to be reordered, I have court papers that was very important before the court date that has passed.. she literally ruined so much in my life. No one seems to care that 2 weeks worth of mail is just in limbo, hasn't been returned to sender or nothing just gone! I've cried so much because there's nothing I can do but wait until it's returned and I can request it again but what I lost during this waiting game I can get back... she should be fired from there or placed in the mailing room sorting out junk mail.
