The United States Postal Service is a mind-boggling department that has tasks to complete that seem like they are out of this world. Although I have no idea how many employees work at the post office, I can tell anyone who cares to listen that Tiffany is a very hardworking employee at the post office on Lenox Road in Jacksonville, Florida. On a recent to this particular location, I observed Tiffany as the only worker, taking care of a line out the door.

My husband is on deployment overseas and i sent my first deployment package to him today. I was really nervous going in because of the reviews but Tiffany was really nice and handled everything quickly and she helped me put the customs form pouch on the box since I wasn’t sure. The line was long at first but once it started moving Tiffany got everyone in and out. I hope she’s working the next time I go

What's the point in having the self-help kiosk? If the printer is always down? Check your cameras today. You're severely understaffed line out the door Specifically from 4:40 to 5:00. Absolutely ridiculous.

I look forward to the day they’re RAIDED! I watched theft, as a customer in line, with them laughing about management being “IN ON IT.” They’re also scanning chip cards with a scanner, pacing out their illegal transactions. While awaiting your turn in line, you’ll experience some perplexing behavior! I’m new to the area, however I have a “government” job. I wonder how long it will be before I see this location on Action News Jax! My P.O. BOX, there, receives mail from people who aren’t myself. I provide this mail to their staff every visit, it’s placed back in my box. I started reporting my concerns to the Duval Sheriff’s Office. This location is in COMPLETE disarray! Once my BOX period ends, I’m moving my BOX and driving to a more PROFESSIONAL location. “Secret Shoppers:” This location is PRIME PICKINGS for investigating! Wear your recording devices and submit your evidence to the “proper authorities!”

Drove out here to a post office for self service. Only to find that they locked the priority envelopes behind the door. Why the hell do you have a self service desk only to lock the items that are supposed to be available 24/7. Waste of fuel and time.
