I've lived all over the US and frequented many usps office's. This one is a good one! Joe is really knowledgeable, friendly and always takes the extra time to make sure that you are getting a good rate. Lines can be long at any post office and they are often under staffed..pack your patience and plan ahead.

I had a really disappointing experience at this post office. I came in on Saturday to mail three packages to my husband overseas, and it was my first time going through that process. Instead of being guided, I was spoken to in a way that felt dismissive and condescending while I was clearly asking for help. I became overwhelmed trying to figure out the paperwork on my own and ended up in tears. Thankfully, another customer stepped in and helped me through it something the staff should have done from the beginning. I went home, regrouped, and returned on Monday with everything filled out correctly, hoping for a smoother experience. Unfortunately, I was spoken to in the same tone again. When I addressed it respectfully, the employee didn’t acknowledge any issue with how she was communicating. I understand that postal work can be busy and stressful, but basic kindness and patience go a long way especially when someone is trying to send important packages to a loved one overseas. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and reminds staff how much their attitude can impact customers.If you don’t like your job find a new one that doesn’t involve people .

I ship a lot of stuff and use several post offices around Jacksonville. This is the ONLY one that WILL NOT help you or ATTEMPT to help you if there has been no update on tracking info. They won’t even look up the tracking, just tell you it will scan once it gets to the hub.. even if you dropped it off 2 weeks ago and there has been NO scan or update on it. “It will scan whenever they get to it” is the only answer they will give you.

Ms. Laquita was more than a blessing today and regardless where my packages are, I am blessed for having spoke with her this morning. God bless you, Ms. Laquita. 13 years with the USPS and she is STILL doing an amazing job!!! #ilovemypostalfamily

Ron or Ronald, who works the front, is horrible. He acts like a kid and is unprofessional. He doesn’t look presentable to be at the front, and it matches his attitude. Latavia was very helpful and respectful
