I hate the post office only second to the DMV. Though this post office and its staff treated my 70 yr old mother with kindness and helped her with the services she needed. They were patient with her and gave her thorough instructions with what she needed. Any one treating elders and having patients with their needs deserves 5 stars and a pat on the back. Good job to the employees who helped her that day, it is greatly appreciated and did not go unnoticed.

Absolutely terrible experience at this USPS location. The staff was unbelievably rude, unprofessional, and dismissive from the moment I walked in. I simply went to the counter because I preferred to scan my packages at the desk, and instead of being treated with basic courtesy, I was met with attitude and disrespect. The manager was just as rude as the employees and showed zero concern for customer service or professionalism. No one should be spoken to the way customers are treated at this location. The entire staff seriously needs retraining on how to communicate respectfully, show empathy, and handle customers professionally. A simple interaction should not leave people feeling frustrated and disrespected. This was by far one of the worst post office experiences I’ve ever had.

This is the worse post office ever! Rude staff with no customer service or basic level problem solving skills! The government should really hire people that are knowledgeable about their job duties and also consider those that have appropriate customer relation skills. Whoever worked the front desk at 5:15pm on 5/19/26 should be fired!

I visited this USPS location to request several certified mail receipts. The manager, Kim, displayed extremely unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. She repeatedly ignored me while I was speaking to her and chose to assist other customers who arrived after me. I waited several minutes without being acknowledged, even though she was not actively helping anyone at the time. In addition, the manager appeared to be in a constant bad mood and created a very uncomfortable environment. I also observed how she treated other employees in a disrespectful manner, speaking to them harshly and reprimanding them in front of customers. This behavior was inappropriate and unprofessional, both toward customers and staff. It made the overall experience very unpleasant and concerning. I am requesting that this situation be reviewed and addressed appropriately

I am not sure why they have less than 2 stars but my experience was GREAT! Denise was the kindest person ever and helped me with everything I needed and explained what I need to do with a smiley face. There was almost no wait. Would only come here from now on!
