Worst experience ever with these people here that cannot do their job, its embarrassing and disappointing. In my experience I was supposed to receive my package days ago and it was in my city in jacksonville, the distribution center sent my package on a ride along to NY, for what, I have no clue and when I called the customer service line was reassured it would arrive in a day, next I call again since it hasn't arrived and has come down from it's little field trip, im not given an estimated date on when my package will arrive, whoever is working here or running the place step down because obviously they are clueless on how to be in charge and distribute packages in a timely manner.

Probably the worse center in north Florida. Somehow they lose packages on a extremely regular basis. You can guarantee it's gonna happen to at least 50% of any packages that come through them. I've been waiting on one now for 3 days that is moving to the next destination from the center. The center is about 3 miles from me and the local post office is maybe 4 miles! So it's taken 3 days (so far!) for it to travel maybe 7 miles! The worse part is they are trying to make it a national distribution center! If it was just every once in a great while then ok but it's to a point now that every time something gets shipped through them you have to wonder when or if you will actually get it!

Package 12 days stock in this location, bye others reviews I am not the only person with same problem. USPS what a shame for you. To have a disaster in this distribution center. For futures order I will try others sellers that don't have to past by this place. Made 3 purchase the same day 2 have arrived in time, and the only one passing by this center is the only one stock. Not blaming the workers for there lack of work. But blaming the management for the incompetence management of the worker.

I want to straighten out my previous review on this Post Office. I found out that the mail carrier took the package where it was addressed to go. However, the person who address the envelope had my neighbor address. My neighbor thought it was his package and completely opened the package. Then looked inside and saw the correct address and put inside my storm door. I have Excellent neighbors . The postal carrier did nothing wrong. I just wanted to clear the air . Thank you for your service !

I’m so frustrated that my package arrived at this place, and even moreso after reading the reviews. My package has sat in this place for way too long and my tracker shows that it’s just sitting in one place at the facility not moving. USPS needs to do a deep dive on how this distribution center is handling packages and also why they spend so long here. I’ve never ever had a package with USPS spend more than 1-2 days at a distribution center, but this place just sucks.
