Daniela Delfino a month agoSince Saturday, my package has been marked as delivered to my mailbox, but when I got home and went to pick it up, there was no package there. Since I live in an apartment complex, I checked everywhere packages are usually left, and my package never appeared. Today I went in person to file a claim, and ever since I went there when they opened, every time I call or they call me back to check the status of the claim, I keep getting different information from everyone. At this point, I honestly don’t even know what to do anymore. This has been a terrible and very frustrating experience with the service.
Molly 3 months agoThe Hispanic woman with the short hair was extremely rude. Did not scan the code I was trying to provide while I was telling her the shipping was covered. She called me “Mama” & “Baby” sarcastically. She told me I needed 1 piece of tape and they don’t provide it. So, I went back to the packaging area, bought a roll of tape (for the one piece I needed) & I waited in line again for the young African American male, who kindly scanned the label I had asked for and I was in and out. USPS please address professionalism among your staff at this location.
Daniel Diaz 3 months agoDear Sir or Madam, I am writing to formally complain about the poor customer service my mother received today at your postal office. She visited the location earlier today expecting normal assistance, but unfortunately, she was treated in a rude and unprofessional manner by one of your employees. The way she was spoken to made her feel disrespected and uncomfortable. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in a public service where customers should be treated with respect and courtesy at all times. I kindly ask that you review this situation and take the necessary actions to prevent this from happening again. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.
Mary 2 months agoI had a really frustrating experience with this USPS after purchasing their online address change service for both myself and my spouse. The official email I received clearly explained how to update a spouse’s address and stated that I could provide proof of surrogacy to do so (I brought our marriage license, exactly as instructed). However, when I went in, the staff refused to let me complete the change for my husband, insisting that he had to be present. This directly contradicts the instructions in the email I received, and showed both staff members, which clearly said I could complete the process on his behalf with the proper documentation, which I had. To make matters worse, one employee was rude and questioned why my husband couldn’t come in himself. I explained that he works until 7pm during the week, and her response was, “Well, we’re open on Saturdays.” That completely misses the point of paying for an online service meant to provide convenience. There seems to be a serious disconnect between their official instructions and what staff are enforcing in person. The experience came across as unprofessional, inconsistent, and unnecessarily difficult. I hope USPS takes steps to better train employees and ensure consistency, because this was stressful, time-consuming, and avoidable.
kim pace 2 months agoPostal service from this location is terrible. Placed a hold on my Mail due to being out of town, accumulated mail not delivered as requested. And if you call them directly they never answer the phone. You are federal workers you need to do better. Or is it because you are federal workers that you could care less. No wonder this location only has 2.4 stars.
