Ecquadro is the worst employee there. Every single time there is an issue. Worst attitude, customer service skills are non existent. I always hope to get the lady in the middle. She explains things thoroughly, in a calm manner with every person she comes in contact with. Unfortunately her coworker doesn’t know how to do the same. I will never come back. He should work from home or with animals.

Cha and her supervisor were so helpful! They saw I was in distress with the cost of how much everything was going to cost & instead of dismissing me that started giving me options to decrease the cost of the box I was shipping. Cha even went as far to pack the box for me to fit everything and gave me a Xmas bow as they were gifts. Great service!!

When into delivery package set in line while a customer was being helped. The customer was Hispanic when you’re not speak any English, the teller was a Hispanic that I could tell because of his accent. The customer could not understand anything the teller was saying in English when the customer said that you speak Spanish, the teller said I don’t speak Spanish here, knowing that he speaks Spanish because I’ve spoken to him in Spanish before and I think that that was disrespectful and rude, and then when I went up to the window to get a package sent, he gave me a hard time cause I asked him about the pricing because I felt like I was being charged more than what I normally charged to ship the item that I was shipping.

I always check reviews before visiting a location, and the ratings for this USPS branch were honestly pretty bad. Normally I would have driven farther, but since I’m currently staying at my boyfriend’s place, this was the closest office—so I decided to give it a try. I’m glad I did. My first visit went smoothly, and the female employee who helped me was courteous and efficient. A week later I returned to ship an international package and happened to be assisted by the same employee, Shae (if I have her name right). She patiently helped me find the most affordable way to send my parcel and answered all my questions. I even told her how surprised I was because the online reviews didn’t match my experience. I’ve had nothing but pleasant interactions here, and I’m truly grateful for Shae’s excellent customer service.

The man is super angry every time we go in. We went Thursday and they told us to come at 12:30 for passport walk-in. Came at 12 and they were all out even though the website says no walking till after two . I suggest getting pass port somewhere else and avoid this post office if possible.
