Post office is always quick, very nice postal workers! Wanted to especially write a note of thanks to the postal worker that helped me with my passport application. She helped me with the money order, put the packet together for me, and helped me get it mailed correctly. Such a confusing process I appreciated the help so much!

I had a very frustrating experience at the post office and felt the need to share it. I came in around 12:00 PM to pick up an important package that had been directly mailed there. I never received a call notifying me that it had arrived, so I checked the tracking myself, which confirmed it was there. When I spoke to the employee working at the time (she was not wearing a name tag), she was extremely rude and unprofessional. She insisted that my package had already been sent back and made it seem like I was wrong, even though I had clear tracking information showing otherwise. She could not keep her story straight and even claimed at one point that the package was lost. This interaction was especially upsetting because it happened in front of a full line of customers, and I was made to feel embarrassed and dismissed. There was no apology for the confusion or the way I was treated. Thankfully, another employee, a young gentleman, stepped in and was able to locate my package. His professionalism and willingness to help were the only positive parts of this experience. Overall, the lack of communication, poor organization, and especially the rude customer service I received made this a very disappointing visit.

I have made multiple appointments for a passport at this location, and each time no one was there to process the application. I made an appointment on a weekday, and showed up and found a sign that said they would be unable to process applications that day. So, I made another appointment, this time on a Saturday. I arrived for my appointment, waited 30 minutes, then had to ask an employee if there was anyone available for passports. Even though you're able to make an appointment for Saturday's online, the person who processes applications only works Monday to Friday. Needless to say, I will not be attempting a passport appointment at this location for a third time.

I traveled miles away to go to this postal office because on their website it states "Wednesdays, passport walk-ins til 4:30pm". However, when you get there they tell you they close at 3pm. Not only was I there, but 2 other individuals, who like me found it convenient to go there due to the hours of service. Then you have the so called manager, saying there's no personnel available to help us with our passport application... so you mean to tell me the manager is not capable of providing that service? That is misleading, they just make their own hours and rules as they go. They simply put a piece of paper, hand written with their preferred hours. This is not fair for the working individuals that are trying to juggle their busy schedules.

They do anything not to help including the manager. Glad i came to Lutz location and i was able to solve my issue
