Terrible post office. They marked my 300 dollar package as delivered in a parcel locker but it’s not there. This is not the first time this has happened. Lazy delivery drivers seem to run this place. The international line of USPS told me to call them to see where the carrier delivered it to. So I did…16 times with no answer. The line just drops after 6 rings. No option to hold or to leave a voicemail. Terrible customer service and lazy workers. They make mail delivery a nightmare for the area they’re in.

I have to give a call out to supervisor Vicky and my postman they have been wonderful on trying to locate my missing package. TX very much

Terrible office. Consistently misdeliver packages. Postal workers at this location seem to not understand how parcel lockers work. Only time in all my years of living in different Tampa locations that I've had to file multiple service reports for missing packages that were marked delivered. Really embarrassing for whoever runs this place.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service at the Temple Terrace USPS location. They are completely disorganized. This morning, I went in to pick up my mail, and the employee told me that the person who brings the mail to them didn’t organize anything — it was all a mess. She was only able to find one piece of mail at first, even though I was expecting several important items. After I insisted, she went to the back and was able to find three more pieces. This shows they clearly have no proper system in place. They even took my number to have a supervisor call me back, but honestly, it’s unacceptable that my mail which was already delivered to them was nearly lost due to disorganization. These were very important documents, and I’m shocked at the lack of professionalism and care. I hope USPS takes action to fix this location before more people lose their valuable mail.

Thank you KAY for the extraordinary service!!! I was so confused I've never mailed a check before and I made so many mistakes lol but she was so patient thoughtful and helpful to me :) thank you
