I'd like to highlight the professionalism and friendliness of the staff at the USPS post office located at 2000 E 12th Ave, Tampa, FL 33605. I'd especially like to thank Zhanna. I recently sent a package to another country, and she was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, even with the packaging. Zhanna is a true professional and very responsive. Thank you again. From now on, I will use the services of this specific post office.

I had a great experience at this post office, thanks in large part to Marjorie at the front desk. From the moment I walked in, she was extremely pleasant, professional, and genuinely helpful. I needed assistance sending a package to Germany, which can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming with all the forms and requirements. Marjorie made the entire process smooth and stress free. She took the time to walk me through everything step by step, answered all of my questions, and ensured that the package was properly prepared and sent without any issues. It is not often that you come across someone who is both efficient and truly kind, but Marjorie delivered on both. Her positive attitude and willingness to help made a big difference in what could have been a complicated experience. Excellent customer service like this deserves recognition. Thank you, Marjorie!

I Wasn’t shocked to see all the negative comments about how rude the women are in the front are after what I experienced. They are easily old enough to be my grandmothers but I, a woman in my 20s who was lacking information was met with “That doesn’t even make any sense”. How about educating me on the information I am missing? Then next day I returned to “general delivery line” and without a word the woman looked me up and down and triple tapped the sign with her pen. The sign read “general delivery between 10:30-4:00”. I didn't return I much rather have my mail resent to my address than have them even touch it. Can’t believe women of that age act so unprofessional and prepubescent.

Horrible! the staff intentionally hold mail. They are insensitive and wicked. I can’t believe they operate like. Just finding out they do this all the time. They never answer the phone and they don’t care to assist anyone. They need a new staff for sure! My mail was sent over 2 weeks ago to this post office and I’ve called over 100 times and went there 2 times and they are holding prices of my mail. Aweful!

Worst USPS in FL, they will probably lose your package, best case scenario is it gets delayed a week. If your tracking # ends up at this location you may as well start looking into filing an insurance claim. You won’t be able to actually contact the facility, just some low-rent call center out in the Midwest that will basically direct you to USPS website anyways. But hey, if it bothers you that this facility is famously terrible, at least you can console yourself by remember that you get to pay their wages and pensions from your taxes. #lowestcommondenominator
