I would give negative stars if it were possible! This is the worst post office I've ever dealt with. They are a disgrace to the post office and this location should be shut down ASAP!!! They locked me out of my po box with absolutely NO notice at all. They didn't send a renewal via email or in my po box, then they want to charge me for a new lock, new keys and they jacked the price up extremely high!! They also charge a key "deposit" but it's not a deposit it's a few. I would absolutely discourage anyone from using this post office for anything. They need to be shut down because they are crooks 100%!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS POST OFFICE!! LET THEM GET SHUT DOWN!!

Honesty, I can not think of any. Nabari was exceptional in customer service, polite , friendly, hard working, and went beyond when she did not know the answer. She did make feel stupid. Or pretend to know. Love her honesty. Troy, the supervisor, was phenomenally well informed and delivering the answers to my questions. I had one question, which then turned into 5 others. Every question, he was able to clarify for me. It was very educational of one question. I am grateful that this place was open, and the staffs are delighted and pleasant to work with. Will come back again for sure

This is the post office with the fewest stars in existence, and for good reason. I can't speak generally about the staff because there's one young man who's not like the rest, but the older ladies here are very rude. If they see you speak Spanish, it's even worse; they ignore you and leave without explanation, leaving you at the window without speaking to you. Not to mention, they refuse to print the labels as they always have when you send them on your phone. If you bring one of your own boxes, you can't use their stickers to seal it. They gave me a check two years ago for a package that wasn't delivered on time, and today, in 2026, I still haven't been able to cash it. In short, there are countless negative reasons that describe this place.

Absolutely the worst post office I've ever been to. Incompetent, rude employees that lie. They said they tried to deliver a package to me even left the date and time , however I have a ring camera and I was home all day waiting for this package and no one ever attempted to deliver it. So I called the post office and they told me the package was there for pick up. So I drive all the back there to get it just to have them tell me that the package is still with the carrier. This experience makes me fully understand why so many post offices are closing down. I will also be canceling my PO box at this location because of this incident. I am disgusted with the this post office and I strongly recommend everyone stay away this one.

Antonio was upbeat and friendly, even though it was busy. He did a great job keeping things moving efficiently. It seems like the staff members get along and work well together, which is nice.
