Fantastic is an understatement! Being new to WSU I only learned of this location after being hired. They have the best customer service and go above and beyond whenever they can. The most helpful staff I have ever experienced. But, please ignore this review... I want to keep this to myself...

My husband and I just wanted to share how pleasant it was taking our two daughters aged 4 and 6 months, and myself to get our passports. First Of all the directions given over the phone were GREAT, We found it without having to drive around all over campus. Second I want to say all of the ladies in the office were SO helpful and FRIENDLY! The man who took the passport pics was amazing and patient with the kiddos. I can’t say enough how we were dreading this process prior to walking in, however once in there it was great, no complaints. They answered all of our questions and never once acted annoyed. They had a color page and crayons for my 4 year old daughter which showed me they were kid ready and friendly! Thank you all who work there for making our passport experience GREAT! I would highly recommend going to them 10/10!!

We visited this location at the recommendation of others for our passport applications and were very pleased. Cindy was super friendly and helped us in a very timely manner. Make sure to give them a call to schedule an appointment and ask questions about what documents and forms of payment to bring during this call if you need any clarification.

The staff is amazing. They all worked as a team to get 6 passports done and we just did a walk in. Super nice and friendly.

I was very impressed with the post office staff at WSU. They were very informative and helpful with the passport process. I would highly recommend WSU to anyone who is looking at getting a passport. We went in on April 4th to apply and we received our passport on April 22nd and we did not pay for expedited shipping!
