This is absolutely the worst postal service station. Everything that is being said on here is absolutely true, it has been our experience as well since we moved into this neighborhood a year and a half ago. we have had nothing but continuous problem receiving our mail. We don't even bother sending mail because they never stop and pick it up. Missing mail that never gets delivered, outgoing mail not being picked up for days, placing packages in obvious places to be stolen. No respect for property. And when you file a complaint they just tell you what you want to hear and you never hear from them again and it continues. They try to blame informed delivery but it's an excuse. We have had Inf del since the beginning and we never had an issue at our old place.

Its only 6 blks from my house. They do a fantastic job and service is expecting. Love it Highly Recommend

I get daily emails showing expected mail from Informed Delivery and on several occasions our carrier just doesn't deliver our mail. I have a doorbell camera and have video of a carrier one Saturday delivering to our next door neighbor and then driving right past our mailbox when I was waiting on an expected piece of mail that was shown to arrive that day. I registered a complaint, but noone ever contacted me. Yesterday, noone on our street received mail, yet a mail carrier in a USPS uniform & mail truck delivered an Amazon package to my home. Mail service in our neighborhood has gone far south in the last few years. We used to have an awesome carrier, but she retired. The ones we have now seem to change often and they're awful. USPS needs to do better.

Driver tried to deliver a package. Left a note with no information other than the amount owed. Due to their poor communication skills I had to call the 877 number to get the local number. Called that number for help trying to figure out what this brown note was for & the man that answered was very rude & acted like he could care less. Not sure why employees allow such terrible service. USPS should be a stellar employer by now with all the years under their belt. Guess if you live in a not so nice neighborhood, you aren’t worth being respected. Pathetic of USPS as a company.

I was sincerely hoping these negative reviews were from grumpy people with nothing else to do, but unfortunately there seems to be some clout to the complaints. We have been in this new neighborhood for three months. I hadn't experienced any mail issues until two weeks ago when my daughter's ADHD medicine wasn't delivered but instead a note was left in our mailbox saying package could not be delivered due to "dogs out." We were home when we witnessed the mail truck stop and saw NO DOGS anywhere outside, which confused me as to why the package wasn't delivered. Several days later (after trying to set up Informed Delivery on my phone...which is a joke...and a bad review for another day) I hand delivered the redelivery note to the mail carrier and asked if I needed to do anything else to ensure the redelivery of our package. She said no and left. A whole week went by and STILL no redelivery of our much-needed ADHD medication! Online USPS says redeliveries take place within 2 days. Six days later I finally went into this post office and asked for my package. The only redeeming factor is the man working the post office desk was very helpful and kind and found my package immediately (which means it STILL hadn't made it back on the truck for redelivery). It does seem the carrier simply did not want to get out of the truck. I will be watching closely to see if this happens again. Very disappointed in this new post office service. :(
