Absolutely rude staff. Maria and Williamae. No “good morning” to anybody who walked in. Just frowns and attitude. I happily and excitedly went to send my wedding invitations and was treated so poorly. Any question I asked, was answered rudely, sarcastically, and as if I should be an expert in postal service. Williamae interrupted my question and was dismissive. Please work on being informative and helpful rather than mean and disgusting!!

A big shout out to WillaMae, Kelly, and the Corporate Hills Post Office Team for helping our family with a package error today. They truly went above and beyond to help us. Grateful for their kindness and help. 5 Stars for such good people!!

Always several people ahead of me in line but just a single clerk working. I have a bad knee and standing in line is uncomfortable but there's no place to sit. Pretty obvious that customer care and comfort is not a priority and it hasn't been since postal service was privatized.

Rude employee refused to help me because my return package wasn’t taped up good enough for her. And no she wouldn’t offer me a bit of tape. Keep sucking USPS and we the people will keep using UPS instead!!

We had a few important packages that have been missing for a week. The original sender was helpful but USPS online and on the phone were awful. They told me my last option was to go in person to this specific post office. My hopes were dashed, until the team at this post office took care of me. Right away they investigated and worked hard to find my packages. There was a mix up of sorts, but the very next day, low and behold, all three packages were found! They even called me later that day to confirm I had what I ordered and that I was taken care of. The packages were important to me, as they contained items that were not luxurious or pricy, but items that meant a great deal to someone special, as they held great sentimental value. Replacing them would have been near impossible, so I am very grateful to this post office and the team that took care of me. Traci, if you are reading this, thank you again, for all that you do. My family and I truly appreciate you and your time for all your hard work and patience. I could not possibly recommend a better post office!
