Had a terrible experience with Fred unfortunately. He was quite rude and was less than willing to help. He also held up the line as he spent about 3-4 minutes after giving the bill to each customer asking them to write him a good review to the point that people were trying to leave the conversation but couldn’t because he’s insisting on a positive review. I’m hoping my package delivery is unaffected but regardless, I won’t be going back to this usps again. The location was clean and seemed to be well stocked. If I’m just dropping a letter in the box, I would do it but wouldn’t want to go in and deal with Fred again.

They lost my passport. It said delivered but nothing. There’s no way to contact this local station via a number. Very frustrating. Mail carriers need to do a better job. There’s no way to reach a human being. Submitted missing mail but I doubt that actually does anything. I just want my passport. How can I trust when I reorder that this won’t happen again? It’s an important document, not some random stuff I ordered off Amazon

Visited this location on MON 3/2. Two associates assisted me - both prompt & knowledgable. I didn’t catch the woman’s name, but she and Fred were great. I got a money order & shipped a priority mail envelope. At one point, the woman took her lunch. Fred took over from there. Practically no line when I arrived. The line grew longer during her lunch - during which time the manager (I assume that’s who the other gentleman with long hair was) came out to assist people waiting in line to expedite their waiting time. Clean facility stocked with shipping supplies and greeting cards.

The line is always super long, I just don't think it's fair Fred is always left alone. He always has a smile on his face and some pep in his step! You can tell he likes his job, yet I do think this place needs some attention.

Excellent post office. Friendly timely front desk clerks, and back office staff super helpful who go above and beyond. I had a special delivery parcel that was bard-coded with the wrong street number. USPS staff tracked down the package and made sure it got delivered. Thank you Eduardo!
