I have email notification for what mail is coming each day. It has mail coming every day for the last eight days, but I have only had mail delivered two of those eight days. One important piece of mail that showed being delivered on Saturday has still not arrived on Wednesday.

Racist Postmaster In Golden Valley. Walked into Golden Valley PO to buy stamps 12/18/25. Clerk was tall 6'1+ white black hair over 55 male. Asked how can I help you? Told him I needed 2 books of stamps. Immediately replied, "what do you want, black history month or something?" I asked him do I look like I want black history month stamps? He then retreated to get the book of stamps for me to choose from. Continued to be rude and dismissive.

Kindness costs nothing — one employee remembered that, the other forgot. Visited October 31, 2025, around 5:26 PM. I understand the frustration of customers arriving near closing time — that’s why I literally ran from my car, smiling and apologizing with my body language before I even reached the counter. For context, this wasn’t a last-minute birthday-card run — I had a stack of eight neatly prepared manila envelopes, each addressed to state and federal agencies including the Attorney General and Department of Commerce. These were priority mailings — time-sensitive, official, and important. I’ve spent nearly twenty years in customer-facing roles — hospitality, personal-assistant work, and owning a residential and commercial cleaning business — while simultaneously serving as a certified PCA/CFSS worker. I’m no stranger to service or empathy; I know both sides of the counter. Inside were two employees: a middle aged gentleman and a younger woman. The gentleman was kind, calm, and genuine — the kind of worker who makes you feel human. The woman, who carried herself as if she were the manager or shift lead, was the opposite: cold, dismissive, and condescending. When I politely asked if the post office accepted EBT cash benefits, she cut in before her coworker could answer: “A — we’re closed. B — we don’t take EBT. We take major credit and debit cards only.” I showed the information I’d found online, but she repeated her “A and B” line twice. The gentleman gently mentioned that some post offices might accept EBT, but she overrode him again. I said, “You don’t have to be so unkind.” She replied, “I’m not. I’m simply answering your question. We can’t help you.” Then, with a smirk: “Ma’am, I’m just trying to direct you to a place that will accept that card.” No — she wasn’t trying to help; she was shutting me down. Her tone was disconnected and demeaning. The gentleman, meanwhile, stood back with quiet restraint — the kind people use when they’re being overruled. If he’d been the one handling things alone, this would’ve been a five-star review instead of two. This serves as both a thank-you to the kind gentleman behind the counter and a formal complaint about the unprofessional conduct of the woman who seemed to be in charge. In times like these, kindness costs nothing — yet it means everything. Unprofessional conduct overshadowed what could’ve been a five-star experience. With genuine respect (and no receipts), - I see your A and B and raise you C — for Calling Out Coldness and Choosing Kindness anyway 🙌🏻 💌

Staff who’s name is Jim. Tall guy. He was very rude and very impatient. Never met any USPS staff that’s impossible to communicate. I had to go to another location for this.

Super friendly attendee, pleasant and clean in there, and I was in and out in 5 min.
