Terrible. I walked in. I'm the only customer. There's 2 workers but apparently nobody can help me. The old lady with gray hair said she needs to count the drawer or whatever first and it's gonna take a minute. 5 minutes later, she hasn't moved or done anything. I ask how much longer because it doesn't seem like they're doing anything but talking to each other. I don't understand why they can't just scan my QR code so I can drop off my package and go. Then I asked how long is "a minute" and they said about 10 more minutes, after me waiting for 5 minutes watching them do nothing but talk. Ridiculous. Waste of time. Trash customer service. No apologies, nothing. They told me to go somewhere else instead.

Not getting all my mail that informed mail is showing me, thanks alot 😔 We had an Amazing mail carrier, I see him sometimes but not like I used to. Never had a problem then. Still appreciate you all! Thanks for trying. 🙏

Haven't been impressed with this location. A number of months ago I arrived at opening and door was locked. Staff person was a good 15 minutes late before they were ready to serve customers. More recently I arrived around the lunch hour and the door was locked and three people were waiting. A handwritten sign on the door said something to the tune of "back in 30 minutes" with no indication of what time they actually left. Staffing seriously needs to be addressed here.

Dropped package off. And it was never scanned in? Hopefully the package gets there. Went back the next day and they said it should've been scanned. Still don't see it updated for the Amazon return. Expensive item. There was a line and I should've waited to get receipt. But trusted they would scan it. Not sure what happened to it. Only been 3 days. I will be relieved if this ever gets delivered. If not that's $160 loss. Learned my lesson. Will update if it actually gets there. But not scanned so no record of it. Company could pretend they never got package at the cost of me. Thought I could trust the post office.
