If I could give this place a zero I would. Please don’t waste your time at this post office trying to renew passport or anything the worker there is extremely disrespectful and condescending. She made the passport renewal process so difficult and shameful. Please train your staff better. The lady that was working today was literally eating chicken wings and her hands were covered in bbq sauce. She also does not enjoy working there but that’s not our fault please inform your workers that they need to be more professional and less unnecessary attitude and drama. Some of us demand to be treated with respect especially if that is what we give your staff. I regret ever stepping foot in that place.

The 2 women who work here are helpful and extremely PATIENT. I had to rush my passport (first time passport) for my vacation in 3 weeks and was unsure if I'd get it taken care of in time! They had an appointment available the next business day, weren't picky about me running a little late, and didn't rush me after messing up TWO out of THREE applications 🤦🏼‍♀️ So I definitely gotta give it to them 👏🏼 Hopefully I get it on time! Either way, thank you to these women! Also, the place always has free parking available, lots of PO Boxes, never any outrageous lines, and I'm always able to get what I need taken care of 😊

The two African American women working are super sweet, friendly, caring, & patient!! They also have the best smiles! Hands down the best customer service out of all the usps locations in Minneapolis! I will definitely come back.

Wow! I just used the USPS automated redelivery service. I don't rave very often, and seldom about the postal service, but this experience exceeded expectations by a huge degree. Very straightforward and effective. Other companies relying on AI customer service should take note. Bravo. (I'm totally serious about this!)

I’m trying to figure out what’s up with these mail carriers. I get everything else in the mail. But never my packages. Like today I was suppose to receive a package. And it was marked as the addressee was not known at the delivery address noted on the package. But still proceed to deliver regular pieces of mail????? Like I’m irritated that this keeps happening!!!!! Not stuff is being returned to SENDER! And I needed my stuff
