Employee was very helpful, quick and professional. I believe her name was La’vonya. I came in about 8 minutes before closing to complete a change of address. She answered every question I had and delivered great customer service with grace, Thank you!

This was the worst customer service experience I have EVER had. The lady working there was unbelievably rude and ignored me the entire time, even when I tried asking questions. Upon repeating my questions louder and louder thinking she didn’t hear me, she just glared at me and walked away to the back. When she DID speak to me, she treated me like I was the dumbest person alive.

The staff was rude. I wasn't sure about some things and she looked annoyed when I asked questions. She also ignored me at one point after I asked her a question. Very awkward and unpleasant experience. I guess they like making their customers feel dumb and unimportant.

As someone who visits this locations 2-3 times per week, I appreciate the knowledgeable staff and convenient location. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes and most of the time I'm the only customer there.

Worst post office in the city the lady is incredibly rude and wouldn’t help me with anything when all I needed was a money order cashed the women that helped me needs to be fired
