Today I went to the post office to send a package, and I was helped by Andre. He was extremely kind, respectful, and very patient. Andre went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly and that I understood the process. I have never met someone in Minneapolis who is so humble and helpful. His excellent customer service made my experience stress-free and smooth. Thank you so much, Andre, for your kindness and support!

2 packages were stolen FROM THE POST OFFICE. They claim they did an investigation and deduced I had stolen my own packages. Weekday delivery man is great but Saturday delivery man is the worst and never picks up outgoing mail and probably stole my packages. If you get a notification about a package, pick it up immediately and don’t assume they will help you with anything. Too bad they have a thief but also they will protect them. I feel bad for the decent people who work there.

Sonya was amazingly helpful and sweet! Very delightful experience this morning, when I was sent around different post offices trying to figure out a problem.

Always friendly, always helpful, always efficient! Such a relief after the years I've endured at the 34th ave location with the miserable old dude working there that despises his job and his customers.
