We had a great experience at this post office! We were able to take the Deuce bus there and walk just a couple of short blocks. The staff is very friendly and it wasn't very busy. The pens in this post office are all flowers, which I thought was a cute touch! Ms. Maleny helped us and was very kind and understanding with all of our questions. We shipped a poster to our home since we weren't going to be able to take it on the plane. I would absolutely go to this post office the next time we're in Vegas!!! Thank you, Ms. Maleny! :)

I am very pleased with my visit to this location. The lady at the counter was extremely helpful and very kind. She showed such patience—she was literally an angel! 😃🤎 I don't remember her name, but if she happens to read this comment: we were there on Monday, May 11th, at 4:00 PM. I was sending a letter to Poland. Thank you for your help—from the bottom of my heart! 🤎

I just had a great experience at this post office location downtown. The lady will show you any kind of stamps that she has selection is slim if you’re buying book stamps, but she’ll take the time to show you everything. She’s super nice. Everybody is really nice and they mail the last collection time was 6 PM for the letterbox drop off collection. They also have PO Boxes . Which are super handy. FREE PARKING IN THR FRONT

"The best post office experiences I've had in Las Vegas! This Downtown Las Vegas location at 201 Las Vegas Blvd S is super convenient—right in the heart of everything near Fremont Street, making it easy to swing by whether you're a local or visiting. The staff here are absolute rockstars. They were friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful even when things got busy. I had a complicated shipping question and a couple of packages to send, and they walked me through everything with a smile—no rushing, no attitude. They clearly know their stuff and genuinely care about getting it right. The lobby is clean, organized, and has plenty of space for waiting. Lines moved surprisingly fast considering it's a central spot. Plus, the historic downtown vibe adds a little charm to the errand. If you're in the area and need reliable postal services—stamps, shipping, PO boxes, whatever—this is the place to go. Thank you to the team here for making what could be a stressful task actually pleasant. Highly recommend!"

This location receives a lot of business… Why does management not have two front desk customer service staff scheduled together until the location closes. You are doing a disservice towards the customers and your own employees! This is absolutely ridiculous.
