Self Service Lobby opens at 7:00 AM. All the staff members are awesome people.

Location has absolutely ZERO automated capabilities. No APC terminals whatsoever. Other post offices have two versions onsite and this location is like walking back into the 1960s. You're stuck waiting in line like technology never was invented. Theres not even a scale where you can weigh your items to create a label. I turned right around and went to the UPS store a block away.

Friendly staff and they work quickly. They're always busy but its the post office, thats expected. Sergio, christina and Oliver are always the best

The gentleman that helped me Sergio was great he was fast and l efficient with helping me get my passport for my first time . I would go back again in some years to renew . The manager made sure I was getting taken care of I didn’t catch her name but a sweet heart as well .

Everyone is super nice there but the line gets so long and theres no self service kiosk which is really my only complaint
