Supervisor Cecelia and a male employee assisting with mail holds displayed an extremely cold and monotone demeanor during my visit regarding ongoing mailbox theft in my HOA community. From the beginning of the interaction, the male employee was flat, unresponsive, and lacked any effort to provide reassurance or basic courtesy. When Supervisor Cecelia approached, her tone and body language were similarly cold and detached. I explained that I have already experienced stolen credit cards and personal documents due to mail theft. While I understand that there may be limited options beyond filing online or purchasing a P.O. Box, there was no attempt to acknowledge the seriousness of the situation or to communicate with even minimal empathy. When residents are dealing with identity theft and financial harm, professionalism includes not just providing information, but delivering it with basic human consideration. The complete lack of warmth or de-escalation from both employees made an already stressful situation worse.

Reserved a PO Box online, went in to this post office to get the key. There was no lines to wait in, and was very easy to get the key to the box. Had to show two IDs and sign a form. Took all about five minutes. Everyone working at the time were very friendly too.

Dropped my packages in the blue box outside almost two weeks ago and they still have not been scanned in or shipped and of course there is no number to call them directly to ask what happened. When I went back to ask about my packages the little MC Chris lookalike said I shouldn't use their drop box because people steal from it - how would anyone know that??? At the same time I went in to ask about tlmy packages, I dropped 3 more packages inside. Now another package has just vanished. Two were scanned in but one just disappeared 😕 If I didn't know better, I'd think he's the one stealing packages. Ill happily delete this is someone there figures out where my customer's orders are.

Showed up today to pick up some mail and also ask how long a change of address takes. Spoke with the supervisor Steven and he was very helpful and also very transparent on how long it can take

This location is a lot less busy than the location on Camino Al Norte and Craig upon opening at 0830. In and Out in less than 2 minutes. They need to restock the poly bags more often though because they are clean out in this location.
