PRE 2025 CHRISTMAS: one mail associate at main desk; huge line. Asked if she had an assistant…Laughs. No Excuse. ***** 2001-2021 had a mailbox; using Main Post Office since well for decades. I love it; often less crowded, service usually A+; and nice personnel .

Negative -5. Only good thing about the Highland Station Post Office, is the one, young Window Clerk working his como se llama off, in spite of the excruciatingly long line of customers. Tuesday about 3:30 pm, and the line is to the door. I left at 4:36. Only ONE Window Clerk, for so many customers, many who are non-English speakers. One customer and I translated, but the variety of needs was great, from lost packages, address changes, customs forms, mailbox keys, accountable mail,—you name it, the Window Clerk had to deal with it. He told me that was a daily occurrence, which is why I complained and also why I quit as a Letter Carrier after 7 years of working for some mean SOB’s and highly untrained supervisors. Things much worse now, but for every bad boss, there are several great worker bees. Postal complaint #87745944

The gate is wide open for truck deliveries. Maybe it's open 24 hours a day. I was only there for 30 minutes to drop off 3 pallets . To check in, I had to walk behind the counter. After they let me use the restroom. The place is wide open to the weather. It was not very clean, but the delivery went fast for 3 pallets.

If they tell you their fingerprinting service is "down" they are lying. It's a finicky system and they are just too lazy an impatient to make it work. Instead, they send people to rio rancho, where they also lie about it being down. This was told to me by a USPS employee.

Came in for fingerprinting and was ushered from the passport line to the main packages line. Passport attendant was kind and polite & I had the opportunity to be served by James! I was in and out of this location in less than 10 mins! James is super professional and efficient and made the entire process seamless! I will be using this location for future business dealings, thank you James WWJD, God Bless🙏🏽🦾🫡
