This location would greatly benefit from improved customer service and clerks who are willing to help customers rather than turn them away. The atmosphere feels unwelcoming… more like walking into an MVD than a post office. One of the clerks consistently makes a simple process unnecessarily difficult. I visit this post office regularly for work to drop off COMs and always arrive well organized. Each time, I hand over the envelopes with the corresponding COMs, and the names clearly match. Despite this, she repeatedly insists that the COMs do not belong with the envelopes. This has happened three times, and each time I’ve had to point out that the names do, in fact, match. Staff should not approach customers with hostility from the start or turn straightforward tasks into unnecessary challenges. Overall, this location has room for improvement in professionalism and customer service.

Want to give them a zero star, but have to give 1. Terrible customer service. Nobody answers the phone. Purchased a new house and need to rekey the mail box. Submitted a request 3 weeks ago and no response. Walked in and they told me they can't do that. I will have to rekey it myself. Horrible service. It's probably better to just shut them down if they can't provide the basic service. Hope they do shut down this location.

I don't often leave reviews, but after several visits to this post office, servreal of the staff were quite rude, talk down to you, and they can't keep track of anything. I know it's just a job for them and they want to go home, but it really shows and they could not care less about you or if your problems are solved

Our community mailbox has never had a problem before with mail being wet. So, I’m not sure how my package of photographs came to arrive soaking wet but they did. The photos were ruined nonetheless. No note or anything from the mailman stating an apology or what happened. I Can assume it was this office/my mailman as they were still dripping when I got them, immediately, after they were delivered. Completely disappointed and now has taken extra time and money to redo the entire project.

If I could give this place a 0 star I would. They over charge for mail and the people here are so rude. I asked to speak to a supervisor which he would not come out I was told his name is Aaron. He just told his worker to come out and tell me that there is nothing they can do to help me with my mail keys I need to pay 40 for the keys.
