I had an outstanding experience at my local USPS office and felt compelled to share it. The postal clerk, Kevin who assisted me truly went above and beyond while helping me ship a package overseas. I came in feeling a bit overwhelmed by the customs forms and shipping options, but Kevin patiently walked me through every step of the process. Kevin explained the different services clearly, helped me choose the most cost-effective option, and double-checked all the details to make sure my package wouldn’t run into any issues abroad. What really stood out was his professionalism and genuine willingness to help. Kevin didn’t rush me, even though the line was growing, and made sure I felt confident before I left. It’s rare to encounter that level of care and attention these days. Thanks to Kevin, I’m sure my package will arrive safely and without any complications. I’m extremely grateful for the excellent customer service and hope Kevin’s efforts are recognized. USPS is lucky to have someone so dedicated on their team!

This post office is something else. I scheduled a redelivery for a package to be brought to my door because the day before I got a note saying it couldn't fit in my mailbox. Today i get an email notification saying it was delivered to mailbox but instead I get another note saying it won't fit in the mailbox and it's final notice. Ummm, that's why I set a redelivery to be brought to the door, yeah? I have email proof that the redelivery was confirmed. What a joke. So now I still don't have my package and since it's marked as delivered I can't set up another redelivery. Great. Just great. Hey Alexa, what's the dictionary definition of incompetent? "Not having or showing the necessary skills to do something successfully." Yup, that sounds about right for this Post Office.

How disappointing I have already complained about the driver in my area miss delivering my packages . This has happened so many times the post office needs to find a resolution . Maybe a lapel camera on drivers delivering mail and packages because important mail does get delivered and I feel uncomfortable trusting the post office with my important mail and packages at this point .

Kevin at this location was so kind to me while the long line of customers mean mugged me! I tried every which way to handle shipping online with Click N’ Ship to avoid bringing 40 parcels but unfortunately the spreadsheet templates were not working and it wouldn’t let me put in addresses manually. Kevin was calm, patient, and swift in processing all of my packages. Would highly recommend buying the correct kind of paper for the label maker - it would have saved a lot of time avoiding jamming! I hope everyone at this location has a wonderful holiday and all the customers are as kind as they can possibly muster.

Well I don’t know if this post office delivers to Charla ct se in… beginning of January I’ve missing some mail that I never recieve them and the person that send it to me keep asking me about f I recieve them it… and he send some letters again beginning of this month samething again I’ve missing my mail… so I don’t know if it there that didn’t delivery it or the someone is keep stealing them… but I’m the only one that’s missing mail then other people they get there’s I have no idea why that’s my concern
