So I didn’t get to go inside because being in a federal building you have to go through a security screening post and you have to have an ID on you, so anyone who’s not from around here should note that. If you don’t have an ID 🪪 on you there’s another one on Tijeras Ave NW at First Plaza Galleria, it’s just another 5-8 minute walk. I’ll review again when I go back again, with an ID of course, and gain access.

I went around 1130am. No wait. The security check was painless. They were all very friendly and helpful. At the post office inside, no wait. The woman at the desk was super pleasant and helped me right away. Lunch time is posted on the door.

Great customer service!!! I wish I would've gotten the lady's name, but she did spectacular! She wore glasses though!! She was very patient with me although it was my first time I went back in fourth 3 times but thank god for her!!! I went to a different post office earlier and it was horrible experience he was rude right off the bat! I rather drive 20 min more than to go to the closest one to by my house.

Went at 10AM and there was no one in line. You need to enter through the doors on Gold, where you first need to pass through security. Pretty easy and fast.
