This is a quaint post office: so much so that they have enough time to comment amongst each other just how much a customer is paying for postage. In the presence of the customer.

For many many years it was a pleasure visiting this USPS location. Those days are over! They are never there during hours posted on door, you always have to ring a bell then wait a WHILE. The scowl on the female employee is ridiculous. Today there is a tape dispenser right next to credit card machine but it was empty. I needed about an inch and half piece and the agent told me it was $8.00 I laughed and she proceeded to scan a small roll of tape, I told her I thought she was joking and she said and I quote “tape has never been free, there are cameras and I don’t own the place”. Funny thing is a week ago, I witnessed her wrapping a whole lot of tape around the customers package in front of me I said wow over the last 10 years if I needed a tiny piece of tape it was provided. She then said that’s why the gentleman wasn’t there and she was and told me sarcasm was uncalled for because I said he was always kind and helpful, SHAME ON HIM. Seriously can’t believe the cost of shipping to be treated like they are providing free services to the public. Do yourself a favor and drive to the Broadway location. More than one miserable agent working and they are actually open the hours that are posted. I always give people the benefit of doubt, maybe she’s having a bad day… this is the 3rd time I’ve been here in the last 30 days and I think she’s gotten more hateful. Find another job if this one causes you so much misery. Maybe dealing with customers just isn’t your thing.Bring back the nice man!

Anyone have issues with harassment and intimidation with rudeness by a certain member of this USPS. Impersonation of another person should be illegal and whomever it is needs prison time. He claimed to be Larry. Last, Im submitting issues in a letter & online to the FTC and BBB about this USPS, discrimination and abuse shouldnt be happening.

5 Stars. Tony is my favorite postal worker of all times. Everyone else in this town sucks. TONY IS THE MAN. Super nice and he supports my business by purchasing my goods. He takes time to talk to me, ask me about my day, jokes around. No other postal worker even smiles in ABQ.
